Monta Ramen in Las Vegas is a hidden gem that offers a remarkable dining experience at an affordable price. Not only is their ramen outstanding, but their fried rice and kim chee fried rice are also truly delightful. Let's start with their ramen. Monta Ramen boasts an impressive selection of flavorful and authentic bowls. From the rich and savory broth to the perfectly cooked noodles, each component is crafted with care. The balance of textures and depth of flavors in their ramen is truly exceptional. Whether you prefer traditional favorites or adventurous variations, Monta Ramen has something to satisfy every palate. Now, let's talk about their fried rice. Monta Ramen's fried rice is a hidden treasure on their menu. The combination of fluffy rice, well-seasoned ingredients, and expert stir-frying technique creates a symphony of flavors in each bite. The fried rice is cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of char and a mouthwatering aroma. The kim chee fried rice, in particular, adds a delicious kick of spiciness that elevates the dish to another level.

My friends and I decided to eat some ramen because we have been drinking. Came across this place on Yelp Monta Japanese noodles . Located in Chinatown in Vegas their Ramen was very good . Service was a little slow but that understandably because their dinning area is very small . Bar seating and about 6 four top tables . It was well worth it their ramen broth is very savory and delicious. I had their spicy Tan Tan along with a fried rice bowl . If I'm in the area I will be back for some good Ramen

Today was a good day! We were out celebrating, and we also had a picky 13 yr. old with us. All she saw that she wanted was ramen. So as we were walking around China Town, that's all she said she wanted. So we asked someone, what's the best place to get ramen in this area, and he told us about Monta. What a pleasant surprise! We ordered Fried rice! This was the best fried rice I've had in Las Vegas, and it had ginger pieces on it. And I'm going to call them pot stickers, but there called something else. OMG! impressed, crispy on one side, and chewy and flavorful on the inside. And then the Ramen, we got the black garlic on the side, because we weren't sure what to expect. That ramen was so good, and the black garlic was also good. Our waitress was great! She was on it, and she was so accommodating.

After our first long night in Vegas, I was craving some comfort foods and found this highly reviewed restaurant outside the strip on Yelp. A few of my friends were down for ramen which worked out! It's located in between Kung Fu Tea and Hwaro AYCE BBQ & Tofu in the Seoul Plaza on Spring Mountain Road in Chinatown. There's a parking lot with ample stalls. When my friends and I arrived, it was already full of people! Thankfully, we didn't have to wait too long in the crazy heat. I got the Tonkotsu Ramen with a nitamago (ajitama egg). The broth was delicious! Super hearty with a lot of umami. The noodles and ajitama egg were also both cooked to perfection. My friends ordered a side of black garlic oil which I add a bit of and omg, I was in love with my ramen! Thinking about it now just makes me drool LOL. The ramen was also super cheap, $9.95, like whaaaat? I've never had such delicious and cheap ramen in SOOOOO long. Everywhere I've been, all the ramens ranged from $15-20. It was crazy how cheap this restaurant was. AND the fact that the broth was super authentic? What a steal!

This is my go-to ramen place in Las Vegas! It's a very small establishment, but service is very quick and I never feel rushed when I am here. I like how simple the menu is, while still customizable. I have been to a few other ramen places in Vegas and they either have bland broth, rotten tasting bamboo shoots, or a sewer smell. Monta has none of that, and the broth is excellent! I also recommend their fried rice dishes, it's very good as well and great to take home for lunch on another day. The one thing is I've never had hot tea from a can, but I liked it! If you are in town, definitely come to Monta if you're looking for good ramen. You won't be disappointed!
